How old was your child when the diagnosis was made?

Hi, I have 2 boys with autism (joel 4 and luke 3) they were both around 20 months old when diagnosed.

My son turned two in September and was diagnosed in November

My son Jaydn is 8 and was diagnosed at four and a half. It took a year from when we started the process to diagnosis.

My daughter was officially diagnosed at age 5, she has always been in mainstream school with funding for aide help. right now she just turned 16 and i wish i could say she acts like a 16 year old, but far from it i am afraid. she still loves her barbie dolls and kids shows, and i guess she always will. she is soo routine crazy just at present and i am sure its all the hormones causing more probs. yesterday was not a good day at school for her, she wants to go slow to next class and with packing up in class........i will be glad when its time for a break from school.
